This large family home can accommodate 7 to 8 persons (2 double, 4 single beds). It overlooks the jukskei courts with the lagoon and main beach just a leisurely 5 minute stroll away. Within convenient walking distance to the shops. The large open-plan living room consists of a lounge with fireplace and TV with DSTV connection (bring own decoder and smart-card), a dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate stove/oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Washing machine and dishwasher. The house has three bedrooms and an enclosed back porch which also serves as a fourth bedroom with space for 2 single beds. Main bedroom (1 double bed and TV) en suite bathroom (bath, loo, h/b). Second bedroom (2 single beds). Third bedroom (1 double, 1 single bed) en suite bathroom (shower, loo, h/b). Separate guest shower and toilet. Outside braai and garden furniture. Enclosed backyard.
