HOLIDAYSCAPE provides self-catering accommodation to holidaymakers and manages properties on behalf of their owners.
HOLIDAYSCAPE offers accommodation in Betty's Bay, Kleinmond, Pringle Bay and Rooi Els - all coastal villages situated in the Overberg area of the Western Cape in South Africa. Along a stunningly, scenic drive, about one hour from Cape Town, you reach a part of paradise. This area is renowned for it's unique flora (Fynbos, including 92% of South Africa's protea species), rich bird life (over 160 species), whales (June to October), sea and mountain views and leisure activities. Or just simply relax! HOLIDAYSCAPE offers a large selection of properties in its portfolio. During the peak and off peak periods, bookings can be anything from three weeks down to seven days. For the all year round period, some properties are available for smaller numbers and weekend bookings (minimum two nights). All the holiday houses are full self-catering units. They are equipped with the normal appliances such as fridge/freezer, stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. All the beds have pillows and duvets - you only need to bring own bed linen and towels. Guests are usually met on arrival by a HOLIDAYSCAPE staff member and escorted to their holiday homes, where everything is ready for them to start relaxing and enjoying a well deserved break. Properties are carefully selected in terms of their location - the sea is never far away and there are usually tremendous sea and / or mountain views. Furnishings are of a high standard, all equipment in working order, the houses neat and clean, while management and maintenance are "on hand" in the area. The homeowners all have written contracts, providing sole rights to HOLIDAYSCAPE to handle accommodation bookings and manage the properties on their behalf. Your hosts are Tom and Eleanor Prinsloo. |
