Kara is the Herero word for "good place to stay". A very neat and tasteful house 50 meters from the sea. The living room opens onto a lovely deck with sliding doors. Open plan sitting/dining area with fireplace and TV with DSTV (bring own SIM-card). Well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave oven, kettle & toaster. Four bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins, and one with 2 bunk beds sleeping 4 persons). All bedrooms have sea views. Two bathrooms (1 bath, loo, h/b & 1 shower, loo, h/b). A footpath from the deck leads you to a small beach and rocky pools. Walking distance to the penguin colony. Uninterrupted 180-degree sea view. Mobile braai. Single garage. Two small pets allowed. |
