Monard Cottage in Betty's Bay is cute, cosy and a mere 10 minute walk to the sea. Veranda overlooking the colourful garden and nearby lake. Spectacular mountain view from the enclosed backyard and back porch. Open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. TV with satellite link, no SABC antenna (please bring own decoder and smart-card). Fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. The cottage sleeps 6 persons with three bedrooms (1 queen-size, 1 x ¾ size, and 3 single beds) and two bathrooms (en-suite bath, loo, h/b to main bedroom, and second shower room, loo, h/b). Covered back porch with mobile braai. Single servant quarters (single bed, shower, loo, h/b) available on request for bookings of 6 nights or longer only. Car-port available. Two small to medium dogs allowed by arrangement.
